Every Megalife device is covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Tell us what's going on and we'll take it from there — usually within one business day.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects & hardware failure
- Battery capacity below 80% within 12 months
- Charging port & screen defects (not impact damage)
Not covered
- Cracked screens, bent frames, liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Devices outside the 12-month window
